Job Description
- Develop, organize, conduct, and evaluate Sales training
- Design training programs/ materials in collaboration with SMT
- Facilitate the Sales Induction needed for all sales new lines
- Create and maintain Sales Policies & procedures
- Communicate with service provider/vendors to provide training (if needed)
- Manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using e-learning platforms
- Other tasks/responsibilities, as required.
Job Requirements
- BSc. Holder in a relevant field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Fluent English Speaking & Writing
